  • Limited sliding scale spots available based on need if cost is a concern

Why Private Pay

Choosing private-pay therapy allows for:

  • Greater privacy (no diagnosis required for insurance)

  • Flexibility in how therapy is structured

  • Consistent care without session limits or authorizations

  • The ability to focus on your actual goals

Out-of-Network Reimbursement

Although I do not bill insurance directly, I am considered an out-of-network provider.

If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Please note:

  • A diagnosis is required for reimbursement

  • Coverage varies depending on your specific plan

  • Many PPO plans reimburse a portion of session fees after meeting a deductible

Clients often appreciate this option because it allows them to:

  • Access the benefits of private-pay therapy

  • Potentially reduce out-of-pocket costs

  • Choose a therapist based on fit, not insurance networks

  • Continue therapy as long as it is helpful, without session limits
